CSG Commercial is a full service construction company that approaches every project from an ownership perspective. CSG Commercial had it's beginnings as a department of the Creaney & Smith Group, a real estate developer in the mid atlantic region, that began developing and managing properties in 1982. From 1983 to 1996, when our company was officially formed, the construction department supported the development and re-development of projects such as "Point Breeze Business Center" in the port of Baltimore consisting of 1.8 million SF of warehouse and 400,000 SF of office in a campus like atmosphere, the construction and tenant improvement construction of 10 flex style buildings in the Howard County market, and numerous warehouse and office projects in Anne Arundel County MD, Howard County MD, Gloucester County NJ among others.

In 2002 CSG Commercial added a steel building line to the scope of services offered. Today we utilize partnerships with Butler Manufacturing, A&S Building Systems, Nucor, and Vulcraft to ensure we are utilzing the right systems at the best prices for our clients. Headquartered in White Marsh, MD, CSG Commercial takes on projects from Richmond, VA to Trenton NJ along the Interstate 95 corridor along with the all of Maryland, Central and Eastern Pennsylvania, and Northern Virginia. CSG Commercial assists clients with numerous aspects of commercial real estate planning, development, constrcution, operational support, and redevelopment.
